Our client, a regulatory body located in the heart of Dublin city are seeking a new team member to join the team. The role will initially be a 12 month contract with a view to permanency at the end of that.
The role will involve contract production and sending to customers with a number of calls to customers on a daily basis.
You will be:
Making contract adjustments
Encouraging prompt payment of fees due
Identifying businesses where infringement action is required
Timely resolution of customer enquiries
Liaising with other members of the business
Logging activities on CRM system
Daily report submission of work completed
Adhoc duties as assigned by management
2 years customer service/call centre experience
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Strong MS Office skills
Ability to engage at C Level
A confident tenacious and enthusiastic self-starter who will embrace the challenges of this role.
