My South Dublin based Client currently has a requirement for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent.
The Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple customers as follows:
Responsible for processing all orders received. The successful candidate will manage the customers’ orders from receipt to ship and drive any issues to closure to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for effective and efficient communication with our customers. Setting up and maintaining customer files to include correspondence and invoices. Maintain pricing files per customer and implement price changes as directed. Provide an up-to-date shipping profile per customer to the shipping department.
Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a customer service environment Order entry experience for international trade.
