· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & the ability to build rapport with customers
· Strong PC skills, to include knowledge of the MS Office suite
· Customer focus and initiative with the ability to meet and exceed targets
· Previous retail sales experience is essential preferably in a tile sales background
· Enthusiasm, flexibility and the ability to work as a team player
The successful candidate will be tracking sales through from quotation to delivery and provide a consistently high standard of service to all customers.
Experience and knowledge of Interior trends is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
