Chef de Partie My client an high quality restaurant renowned for its excellent service and attention to detail are now recruiting an experienced chef to join their busy team. This position will ideally suit someone who has previously worked in a busy restaurant within Ireland as a sous chef or senior chef de partie. The role is initially day time only.
Main Responsibilities: · Ensure the entire food production operation for the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. · To ensure that food quality is to a consistently high standard · Ensuring that all Heath, Safety and Hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all time
