My client is a growing Irish ownde compmany based in Bray, their particular speciality is assisting high growth IT companies gain sustainable traction in their chosen markets.

The successful candidate will work on behalf of our select higher technology clientele. At the outset, the role will involve targetted telephone selling to appropriately researched prospects. Typically your brief will involve the creation of a stream of properly qualified sales meetings to feed onto clients' own field sales teams. 

Their work is high brow, not high volume so expect to be using your head more than your voice.

Typically you will work on behalf of one particular client for a relatively protracted period. Equally, over time, you will on a good number of different projects. We believe that this means your work will be more varied, more exciting and will teach you a great deal more than a comparable regular in-house sales role.

You will work directly with a senior sales consultant who will closely manage your work and progress and help you achieve your full potential.

Following their proprietary training and mentoring programme, select candidates will advance in stages right through to senior field sales level. At this point, the role will involve an element of outside sales including introducing our services to prospective new clients.

Ideally we would like to hire somebody that has undergone comprehensive telesales training and performed successfully for at least 18 months.

We are principally seeking emerging sales stars; in other words, your potential is paramount. This may mean that you have been very successful in the recent past or it may mean that you have yet to find your niche and realise your full potential. We are less interested in what you have or have not done, than in what you can and will do.

Key personal attributes we are looking for are intelligence and integrity. Other helpful attributes include determination, charisma and flexibility. Just about everything else can be learned.
