My South Dublin based Client currently has a requirement for a French Speaking Highly experienced PA with strong organisational skills.
You will be expected to work closely with the Managing Director to provide highly organised, efficient administrative support.
The position requires someone experienced in working in a very busy office with frequent diary scheduling and administrative responsibilities that demand excellent attention to detail and an ability to multitask.
Skills/ Experience Required A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Excellent communications' skills with fluent English and French both written and oral. Diligent, Trustworthy and Reliable Must demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the business needs Excellent understanding of Microsoft office programmes in particular Word and Excel and various search engines. Experience working with Lotus Notes Ability to take dictation: Shorthand experience would be beneficial although not essential.
