We are working with our Sandyford client on an exclusive basis and due to maternity leave, they are looking to hire a good strong administrator who knows all things Excel!
Reporting into the Operations manager you will be responsible for supporting the objectives set out by the Operations manager aligned to the company's strategic plans
Providing financial/ops support to the programme support managers
You will be a key member of the operations and finance team
Responsible for the preparation and processing of network contract packs, issuing contracts & Operating Guidelines and filing of contract documentation.
Ensure that shared folders on the server are created and maintained in an orderly fashion to enhance data retrieval
Ensure the effective implementation of the contracting process of networks and escalate any issues in a timely manner
Update any changes to networks’ contact information in a consistent manner across all databases.
Scanning, filing and organisation of soft and hard copies of important documentation
Technical Skills Required
Has good numerical and problem-solving ability
Has the ability to conduct financial analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Knowledge of Pivot tables etc for financial analysis would be desirable but not essential
Possesses an understanding of IT as a driver of efficiency
A third level qualification (or equivalent) would be desirable but not essential
