Jacksonstone Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced HR Admin to join their Arklow based Client’s HR team on a 1 year contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate .
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance and updating of HR Information Systems
- Recording and Reporting of Leave/Absence etc
- Maintenance and updating of Recruitment records
- Administration and scheduling of Interviews
- Preparation of all HR related documentation to include Induction Packs
Candidates must have a relevant third level qualification, preferably in Human Resource Management or a related field. An ability to work in a team based environment, strong communication skills, initiative, attention to detail and a flexible approach are essential for this role. Prior experience of HR systems would be an advantage. The candidate should be capable of adapting to frequently changing requirements.
